Created May 6, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of Yappa AI at yappa.sh. By using Yappa AI, you agree to these terms.
Using Yappa AI
Yappa AI is a Google Meet-based business conversation practice product. You may use it only in compliance with applicable law, these terms, and any rules shown in the product. You are responsible for your account, your device, and activity through your account.
Practice tool, not guaranteed outcomes
Yappa AI helps you rehearse conversations, receive feedback, and build speaking confidence. It does not guarantee any test score, interview result, job offer, business result, visa result, language certification, or professional outcome.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, break the law, impersonate others, upload or speak content you do not have rights to use, attempt to reverse engineer or attack the system, interfere with reliability or security, record others without required consent, or use Yappa AI to create harmful, deceptive, infringing, or illegal content.
Your content and feedback
You keep ownership of the content you provide. You grant Yappa AI the rights needed to run sessions, process practice content, generate feedback, personalize future rooms, improve the service, and provide support. If you share feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve Yappa AI without obligation to compensate you.
Subscriptions, trials, and third-party services
Paid plans, free trials, renewals, cancellations, taxes, and refunds are handled through the checkout flow and payment processor shown at purchase. Yappa AI also depends on Google, hosting, analytics, AI, email, and meeting-runtime services; your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes, suspension, and availability
We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of Yappa AI as the product evolves. We may suspend access if we believe there is abuse, risk, legal exposure, nonpayment, or a violation of these terms. The service is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted.
Warranty and liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yappa AI is provided without warranties. The Yappa AI operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
